Administrator cum Accountant

About Us

Roshan Mustaqbil Document Clearing Services is a trusted provider of business setup and document clearing solutions, dedicated to delivering reliable and efficient services to individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for a professional, well-trained, and experienced Administrator cum Accountant who can manage both administrative operations and financial accounting tasks with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise office staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Handle client files, contracts, and confidential documentation.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and government authorities.

Accounting & Finance Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, process client payments, and manage petty cash.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Reconcile accounts, review bank statements, and manage cash flow.
  • Assist management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budget planning, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Administrator and Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and office management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
