Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Cum HR Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle processes, ERP/HRMS operations, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, fleet management, and maintaining well-structured documentation systems to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Create, update, and maintain employee profiles within ERP/HRMS systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance data and employee updates with the Accounts Department.
- Prepare HR-related documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, and other official correspondence.
- Handle visa documentation, medical insurance coordination, and other employee-related government formalities.
- Manage employee exit procedures, including final settlements and clearance documentation.
- Ensure systematic filing of employee documents and maintain clean, well-organized digital folders and physical personnel files.
Administrative & Fleet Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate company vehicle fleet management, including tracking Mulkiya renewals, vehicle passing, maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, and monitoring/clearing traffic fines.
- Maintain proper fleet documentation and compliance records.
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and general administrative records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes of meetings when required.
- Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Experience using ERP/HRMS systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
