Job Summary (Arabic speaking preferred)
The Administrator Director is responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and management of the university’s administrative, operational, and support services. The role ensures efficient institutional governance, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and high-quality administrative support for academic and student affairs in alignment with European higher education standards.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Institutional Management
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for administrative and operational functions
Administrative & Operational Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage contracts, facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure effective documentation, records management, and reporting systems
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-control measures
Human Resources & Workforce Management
- Supervise HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
- Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and disciplinary procedures
Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with UAE government regulations, licensing authorities, and accreditation standards
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors
- Maintain organizational readiness for inspections and audits
Financial & Resource Oversight
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-efficiency initiatives
- Ensure optimal utilization of human and material resources
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, external agencies, and government authorities
- Address operational issues, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Represent the organization in meetings, inspections, and official communications
- Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and systems
- Support executive management and the Board in planning and decision-making
- Promote a culture of efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement
Student & Academic Support Services
- Oversee student administration, admissions, records, examinations, and graduation processes
- Ensure high-quality administrative support for academic programs and faculty
- Improve student experience through efficient administrative services
Facilities & Infrastructure
- Oversee campus facilities, safety, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
External Relations
- Represent the university in administrative, regulatory, and institutional forums
- Coordinate with partner universities, government bodies, and service providers
Qualifications & Experience Education
- Ph.D. in higher in Education Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law or a related field
- Doctorate preferred for senior-level institutions
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive administrative leadership experience in higher education
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulatory frameworks, and local compliance requirements
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in institutional management, compliance, and budgeting
