Job Summary:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and facilitating internal communications.
- Maintain accurate records, manage document filing systems (digital and physical), and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and analytical documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information handled.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to facilitate procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, delivering prompt and professional customer service.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, timesheet collection, and expense tracking.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology, document management and workflow systems.
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID.
- Prior experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role is advantageous but not essential – recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
