Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Assistant Manager and Inventory Officer in monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, especially Khidmah Uniforms and Pantry Supplies. This role needs to ensure that quantities appearing in the system are accurate for planning of purchase and ensuring that all stocks are within the approved minimum and maximum level.


This role will work closely with the Inventory Team and will perform task that will be delegated by the Assistant Manager and Inventory Officer from time to time aside from his daily work routine.



Roles , Responsibilities, Duties


  1. Monitor, maintain and track the current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate as against the actuals for planning of purchase.
  2. Assist the Inventory Team in coordinating with suppliers with scheduled deliveries.
  3. Ensuring the enough stocks of Uniforms and Pantry supplies for the use of Khidmah Operations.
  4. Assist the Inventory Team in coordination and management of monthly physical cycle counts and reconciles in actual counts reports.
  5. Assist in the preparation of purchase request of new; existing, annual replacement and replacement for lost/damage uniforms as per the approved request from Human Capital and FM Operations.
  6. Assist in the generation of inventory reports to be distributed to FM Sites during physical count week.
  7. Collection of data using a SAP, which allows the team to track various aspects of inventory. This data will be used to calculate critical spare parts and consumables orders, to ensure that the proper amount of inventory is distributed at the right time.
  8. Follow-up with the supplier on the lead time of delivery and communicate it to the third party storage (Agility).
  9. Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as required.

In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.


Information Security responsibilities:

  • Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies
  • Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
  • Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
  • Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
  • Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
  • Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
  • Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality


Qualification:


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain or Related field
  2. Certification in Warehousing Management System is an added advantage.
  3. Supply Chain Management Certification is a plus

Experience :


  1. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience working in supply chain, inventory and store management or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience with FM industry is preferable

  10. Experienced in SAP or other similar ERP system.
