Administrator & Project Coordinator

Admin & Project Coordinator- Job Description

  • Prepare and finalize Project/Retail jobs daily schedule.
  • Monitor emails, prepare site reports to update the site condition daily.
  • Coordinate with the salesman and supervisor to confirm the job schedules.
  • Prepare all types of gates passes for workers, undertaking letters, vehicles, and equipment as per site requirements.

Admin Job Description

  • Monitor daily attendance and overtime details, and finalize the monthly attendance for submission to the HR Department.
  • Process and track employee leave applications and book tickets for employees.
  • Arrange international travel tickets for deployed personnel as needed.
  • Preparing deployment travel expenses reimbursement.
  • Prepare the monthly report for purchased tickets and submit it to the HR Department.
  • Yearly uploading documents for Trakhees/JAFZA renewal and maintain the documents properly dated.
  • Maintain and updating records of warehouse employee’s documents (PP, Visa, EID)

note: Salary bracket is flexible and can be increased if candidate possess extra ordinary skills and is like plug & Play.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Adminstration in handling manpoer allocation: 4 years (Required)
  • Software skill and AI: 4 years (Preferred)
