Administrative Coordinator

Hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across multiple teams. You’ll manage admin workflows, coordination tasks, email handling, reporting support, and process tracking to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Manage and coordinate refund processing with Finance and Account teams
  • Handle review management across platforms and ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate mystery shopping and quality-check programs
  • Monitor and triage incoming emails, forwarding to relevant departments
  • Compile weekly performance reviews and maintain logs/records
  • Perform data entry and update partner/store information
  • Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems (digital + physical)
  • Support calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal comms
  • Assist partner onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating setup
  • Provide general administrative support to operations, sales, and marketing teams

Specifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and data entry
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail, punctual, and reliable
  • Food delivery / restaurant / e-commerce ops experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
