Administrator Staff Assistant

Overview

Job Details:


Prepare and issue purchase and sales invoices along with customs and other sales-related documentation.

Record daily operational expenses such as rent, salaries, debit notes, and credit notes in the accounting system.

Manage cash and bank reconciliations while maintaining accurate daily and monthly financial records.

Assist in preparing financial and operational reports requested by management for review and decision making.

Maintain proper organization and filing of financial records to support audits and future reference.

Ensure accounting data is regularly updated to support smooth and accurate financial operations.

Monitor outstanding balances and assist in follow-up on receivables and payables when required.

Support the finance team in maintaining compliance with internal accounting procedures.

Job Experience Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.

Good knowledge of MS Office along with experience using Pro Data or similar accounting software.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks accurately.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a structured environment.
