Role Overview
We’re hiring for a full-time in-person Administrator & Marketing Specialist who can support both operational and marketing needs. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and excited about contributing across multiple areas of a fast-paced startup.
Key Responsibilities
Administration:
- Assist with day-to-day company operations (no two days are the same!).
- Manage emails, scheduling, and team communications.
- Maintain records, databases, and reports.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help coordinate events, outreach, and partner communications.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, newsletters, and community platforms.
- Support outreach to partners, influencers, and collaborators.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Assist with sales and brand-building initiatives.
Who You Are
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Creative, proactive, and open-minded with fresh ideas.
- Comfortable handling a mix of tasks and adapting quickly in a startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Excited about blockchain, Web3, loyalty, and rewards systems.
- Experience in administration, marketing, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
