We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Maintain accurate records and databases (digital and physical) Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Assist with procurement, inventory, and office supplies management Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks Requirements & Qualifications UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates may be considered) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English Ability to multitask and work independently Professional attitude with strong attention to detail Skills & Competencies Administrative and clerical expertise Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability Confidentiality and professionalism Team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive salary UAE National benefits as per company policy Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and inclusive work environment
