Admin/Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Admin / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and courier services.
  • Support management with daily office activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Reception, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
