Role and Responsibilities include:
- Design and manage a "WOW walk in experience for parent and child when they visit the school as prospective parents, arranging and conducting campus tours and convert the prospect to an admission.
- Manage the main admissions that inquiries are answered quickly and accurately.
- Process admission inquiries and applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct and document regular phone, email and written outreach to inquiries and applicants
- Manage applicant and inquiry files including filing, updating and communicating status to senior management team
- Prepare and present applicant reports to the school management.
- Maintain regular communication with parents for coordinating admission activities.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting admission enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Converting aspirations of the parent to admit their child to the Bell whether international school.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience:
- Candidate should have experience in Public relationships or Counselling.
- Previous experience working with students, parents, teachers and administrators
- Previous experience in teaching.
Skills:
- Should be excellent communicators.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good at MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Positive communication and listening skills.
- Patience, tolerance and sensitivity with non-judgemental outlook

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
