- Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Handle all admission inquiries via phone, walk-ins, emails, and online channels.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools or Excel trackers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Counselling & Parent Interaction
- Provide detailed information about the school’s philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission process to prospective parents.
- Understand parents’ expectations and concerns, and guide them towards a suitable program for their child.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Admission Process
- Guide parents through the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrolment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely collection of required forms and fees.
- Coordinate with accounts and administration teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Marketing & Outreach Support
- Support the marketing team in organizing school events, open houses, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase admissions through local outreach, community engagement, and social media promotion.
- Represent the school in external events or educational fairs when required.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for new parents; ensure a warm, professional, and informative communication channel.
- Coordinate with teachers and management to organize demo classes, trial sessions, or orientation programs for prospective students.
- Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team regarding parent concerns, competitive landscape, and enrolment trends.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Monitor enrolment targets and report progress to the Centre Head.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, admissions, and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, preferably in the education or preschool sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Warm, approachable, and child-friendly demeanor.
