Admissions Officer(Field Sales)

India

Territory Management & Outreach:

  • Identify and visit colleges, corporate hubs, training centers, and career fairs to promote HR programs.
  • Build relationships with placement officers, HR managers, and local influencers to generate leads.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions to understand learner goals and recommend suitable HR courses.
  • Tailor pitches for different audience segments—fresh graduates, mid-career professionals, and HR upskillers.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through field visits, referrals, and local activations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or mobile apps.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the institution professionally at events, roadshows, and partner meetings.
  • Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹173,255.72 - ₹400,000.00 per year
