Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Visit residential and commercial sites to identify potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects, etc.).
- Develop leads by networking with real estate agents, builders, and property dealers.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and campaigns to gather qualified leads.
2. Client Meetings & Consultations
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand interior design requirements.
- Present company offerings, services, and project portfolios.
- Suggest tailored solutions based on client needs, style preferences, space, and budget.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and transparent communication to build trust and rapport.
- Address client queries and concerns to deliver a smooth sales experience.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Share detailed client requirements with the in-office Sales team.
- Coordinate for prompt delivery of proposals, moodboards, and pricing.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, lead progress, and meeting outcomes.
- Update CRM tools or spreadsheets regularly.
- Submit weekly sales reports highlighting activities, achievements, and challenges.
6. Market & Competitor Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and furniture solutions.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and client feedback.
- Provide actionable insights to management for sales and strategy improvements.
