- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient admissions and grow the hospital's market share.
- Identify new opportunities by building relationships with physicians, clinics, and corporate clients for referrals and partnerships.
- Meet with potential partners such as insurance companies, community organizations, and other healthcare providers to create referral networks.
- Conduct outreach programs to attract medical tourism patients, if applicable.
- Manage the hospital’s sales pipeline, track performance, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent the hospital at conferences, health fairs, and community events to promote services.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of the hospital’s specialties and services (e.g., maternity, emergency care, surgeries).
- Develop and maintain a strong digital presence for the hospital, including managing social media platforms, the hospital website, and digital ads.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos.
- Organize health talks, camps, and other community outreach programs to promote preventive healthcare.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s clinical departments to highlight key services and develop promotional materials that explain treatments and patient care options.
- Develop programs to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty, including feedback systems and after-care marketing.
- Assist in creating a seamless experience for international patients, if applicable, by offering concierge services and facilitating communication between patients and doctors.
- Ensure patients have access to accurate and easy-to-understand information about the hospital’s services, physicians, and specialties.
- Work closely with department heads to align sales and marketing efforts with the hospital’s objectives and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with the hospital administration to ensure all promotional materials and strategies are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management on sales activities, marketing campaign performance, and market trends.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on the latest healthcare marketing trends to ensure the hospital remains competitive.
