The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our flagship Main Campus in Saddar. You will be the face of Skillston for prospective students and their parents, guiding them toward lucrative careers in the global hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Promptly follow up on inquiries received via social media, our website, and walk-in visitors at the campus.
• Career Counseling: Provide expert guidance on our Local and International Diploma and Certificate programs in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Hospitality Management.
• Sales Conversion: Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of a Skillston education/training.
• End-to-End Admissions: Manage the full admission lifecycle, including form processing, document verification, and fee collection coordination.
• Campus Ambassadorship: Conduct professional campus tours and represent the institute at education expos and career fairs.
• Reporting: Maintain an organized database of leads and provide daily/weekly progress reports to the management team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Required).
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in educational counseling or high-end sales (Required).
• Communication: Exceptional command of English and Urdu with a professional, "hospitality-first" telephone manner.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse backgrounds and handle queries with patience and empathy.
• Professionalism: A well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a top-tier hospitality institute.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word); experience with CRM software is a major plus.
