Edoxi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, calling and following up with leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and supporting students throughout their learning journey until the certification process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Call, follow up, and convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
- Guide and support students throughout the training journey until the certification process.
- Coordinate with students regarding schedules, assessments, certifications, and fee payments.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely fee collection.
- Maintain strong knowledge of courses, certifications, schedules, and admission requirements.
- Provide excellent pre-admission and post-admission assistance to enhance student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telesales, customer service, or training industry sales.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar will be preferred.
