Job Description: Admission Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Manager to join our esteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Develop and implement strategic admission plans to achieve enrollment targets.

· - Manage end-to-end admission process including inquiry handling, counseling, application processing, and follow-ups.

· - Coordinate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and engagement campaigns.

· - Organize and participate in admission events such as open houses, school visits, and education fairs.

· - Maintain and update student records in the admissions database system.

· - Monitor and analyze admission data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

· - Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.

· - Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

· - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· - Proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or educational sales.

· - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· - Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Location and Reporting:

This position is based at our main campus and reports directly to the Campus Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
