Admission Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Manager to lead and oversee the student admissions process for North America and Australia. This role involves managing a team of application officers, guiding team and studnets throughout their admission and visa process, and ensuring all procedures align with Paragon Overseas Education standards and partner institution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and review student applications for North America and Australia.

· Supervise and support the application and counselling team, including training, task assignment, and performance evaluation.

· Guide students and counsellors on entry requirements, course options, and application documentation.

· Liaise with international universities, colleges, and partner institutions for application follow-ups and offers.

· Oversee visa documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with country-specific requirements.

· Maintain and update admissions records and CRM databases efficiently.

· Collaborate with the marketing and counselling teams to improve student conversion and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education: Master’s degree (minimum requirement).

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in study abroad admissions, education consultancy, or international student recruitment.

Skills:

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).

· Knowledge of North American and Australian university systems is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
