About the role

The role of the Admissions and Compliance Officer will be to assist with the student compliance and credibility checking process, with a focus on Australian and UK colleges and with a view to ensuring the timely processing of quality applicants while focusing on increased conversion.

Key Result Areas:

  • Conduct credibility interviews for applicants as per the tasks allotted by the Admissions and Compliance Manager.
  • To share the relevant information through the student transcripts and further recommend on the outcome.
  • Assist with obtaining any missing/additional documents from students and agents mandatory for assessment so that offer letters can be issued in a timely manner.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to students and agents as required.
  • Maintain records of the cases handled using Salesforce.
  • Update the status for each student on Salesforce to maintain transparency amongst channel members.
  • Produce reports as and when required for analysis of application status and student updates.
  • Act as the point of contact for compliance processing and, where relevant, forward complete assessment to Admissions and Compliance Manager for decision, after ensuring that process is followed and complete

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

  • Graduates with approximately 2 to 3 years of work experience in study abroad or customer services and compliance.
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service orientation.
  • High proficiency in communication skills-verbal and written English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an internationally diversified team.
  • Proven track record of high levels of time management.
  • Experience in managing compliance, ideally with regards to university admissions.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive work habits including attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proven ability of record keeping, management and sophisticated reporting

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
