Taxation Officer

Job Description:

• Manual entry of each sales tax invoice into Gluon ERP for live uploading to FBR.
• Daily reconciliation of invoices between SAP and FBR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Record keeping and proper maintenance of all sales tax invoices and related documentation.
• Monitoring system-generated alerts and notifications from Gluon ERP and FBR, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective actions.
• Preparing periodic reports on invoice submissions, reconciliations, and any discrepancies.

Job Specifications:

Education: B.com/BBA/BS Accounting & Taxation.

Experience: 6 Months to 1 year experience in Sales, income & withholding tax filling & Preparation.

Skills:

Experience in ERP preferably in SAP.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of FBR.
