Accountant + Admin (Female Candidate)

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Prepare and issue monthly billing to apartment (maintenance, utilities, and other charges).
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding dues and prepare aging reports.
  • Post entries in the accounting system and reconcile accounts regularly.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial summaries for management.
  • Manage petty cash and bank transactions.
  • Maintain and organize all financial documentation for audit purposes.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Verify and cross-check bills, vendors, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial and legal policies.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service agreements.
  • Handle building maintenance coordination with service providers.
  • Prepare and circulate notices, memos, and communication with tenants.
  • Assist management in daily operational tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
