- Prepare and issue monthly billing to apartment (maintenance, utilities, and other charges).
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding dues and prepare aging reports.
- Post entries in the accounting system and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial summaries for management.
- Manage petty cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain and organize all financial documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Verify and cross-check bills, vendors, receipts, and vouchers.
- Ensure compliance with company financial and legal policies.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service agreements.
- Handle building maintenance coordination with service providers.
- Prepare and circulate notices, memos, and communication with tenants.
- Assist management in daily operational tasks.
