Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Manager to lead our student recruitment efforts in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, on-the-ground execution, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can independently manage the entire student acquisition cycle, from lead generation and agent partnerships to securing final admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ground-Level Marketing: Develop and execute local marketing strategies, including college fairs, school visits, seminars, and other events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Agent Identification & Management: Research, identify, and on-board new educational consultants and admission agents in the region.
- Partnership Coordination: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with agents to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide them with necessary marketing materials, course information, and regular updates.
- Admissions Management: Along with team manage the end-to-end admission process, including handling inquiries, counselling prospective students, processing applications, and guiding them through documentation and enrolment.
- Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve specific admission targets set for the region and report on progress regularly.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and admissions within the education sector.
- Strong network of contacts with schools, colleges, and educational agents in the region is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for marketing and liaison activities.
