Key Responsibilities:
- Admission Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement annual admission plans and marketing campaigns.
- Identify new markets and channels for student recruitment.
- Collaborate with management to set enrollment targets and monitor progress.
- Enquiry & Lead Management:
- Handle all student admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and online portals.
- Maintain and update enquiry databases using CRM or MIS systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into admissions.
- Counseling & Conversion:
- Provide detailed counseling to students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Conduct campus tours and presentations to highlight institute facilities and programs.
- Ensure maximum conversion from enquiry to enrollment through effective communication and persuasion.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Manage the entire admission documentation process.
- Verify eligibility and ensure all student records are complete and compliant with institutional and regulatory norms.
- Coordinate with the academic and finance departments for admission-related matters.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and train admission counselors and front-office staff.
- Set performance targets for the team and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, seminars, and social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, consultants, and partner institutions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular admission reports, conversion analysis, and competitor insights.
- Present data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
