Admission Officer

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Job Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Job Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi

Industry: Education Sector

Required Experience: 1-2 Years in relevant domain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective students with admission inquiries through phone, email, and in-person counseling.
  • Process and evaluate student applications according to university policies and admission criteria.
  • Verify academic documents and maintain accurate applicant records.
  • Coordinate admission interviews, entrance tests, and orientation sessions.
  • Provide information regarding academic programs, scholarships, fees, and university policies.
  • Maintain and update student databases and admission management systems.
  • Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events for student recruitment.
  • Prepare admission reports, statistics, and enrollment data for management.
  • Ensure compliance with admission deadlines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and other university offices during the admission cycle.
  • Handle student complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year of Similar Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, student affairs, counseling, or administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure during admission seasons.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and professional behavior.
