We are looking for a Female Admissions Officer to join our team and help guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Respond to admissions inquiries from prospective students and parents
✅ Conduct school tours and admissions consultations
✅ Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment
✅ Follow up with prospective families to maximize conversions
✅ Maintain accurate admissions records and student data
✅ Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and admissions documentation
✅ Communicate admission requirements, deadlines, and school policies clearly
✅ Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
✅ Prepare admissions reports and updates for management

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or student recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
