Position: Admission Officer & Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary

The Admission Officer & PRO is responsible for managing the student admission process, maintaining positive relationships with prospective parents, and promoting the school's image through effective communication and community engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions

  • Handle admission inquiries from prospective parents and students.
  • Conduct campus tours and provide information about the school's programs and facilities.
  • Guide parents through the admission process and required documentation.
  • Process admission applications and maintain accurate student records.
  • Coordinate admission assessments, interviews, and enrollment procedures.
  • Follow up with prospective families to maximize admissions.
  • Prepare admission reports and maintain the admissions database.

Public Relations (PRO)

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the school at educational events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase student enrollment.
  • Manage the school's social media inquiries and respond professionally to public queries.
  • Assist in organizing school events, seminars, open houses, and orientation programs.
  • Develop partnerships with organizations, businesses, and educational institutions.
  • Ensure consistent communication that reflects the school's values and brand image.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in admissions, customer relations, marketing, or public relations (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
