Burraq Engineering Solutions is hiring an experienced Admission Officer who has already worked in a training institute or education sector. The ideal candidate must be confident, well-organized, and skilled in guiding students through course selection and the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment & Counseling:
  • Provide information to prospective students about programs, admissions criteria, and application procedures.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries through email, phone, or in-person consultations.
  • Organize campus tours and open house events to engage potential students.
  • Admissions Process Management:
  • Review and process applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicant eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and update the admissions database.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with academic departments to ensure proper placement of students.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for admissions campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Liaise with students, parents, and external organizations to enhance enrollment efforts.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics and enrollment trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure all admissions activities comply with institutional policies and external regulations.
  • Assist in refining admission procedures and criteria as needed.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a training institute is mandatory
  • Strong communication and counseling skills
  • Ability to explain technical and IT-related courses clearly
  • Good command over MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Professional attitude and strong follow-up capabilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using admissions software and CRM tools.
  • Experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service is an asset.

Pay: 25,000 to 35,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
