Job Description
· Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums/schools/academies to create awareness about TMUC Brand, academic programmes at TMUC being the Institution of choice for students.
· Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to each TMUC location.
· Process all types of applications regarding admissions and scholorships.
· Emotionally and psychology supporting students and ensuring their overall mental well being
· Maintaining Counseling records and handling of walk-ins and queries.
· Responding to student related and parent queries.
· Coordinating and establishing a communication channel with students, teachers and management through text messages, phone calls and emails.
· Staying updated with latest recruitment policies, deadlines, other admission information posted on partner institution portals and communicating these changes to students and teachers.
· Coordinating and maintaining relationships with different universities
· Admission counselling, processing and follow up. Dealing with admission queries through various modes (Calls, SMS, email, walk in, social media, and website).
· Maintain/update confirmed and prospective student’s lists as per the shared template. Follow-up prospective students for conversions.
· Reconciling ERP student recruitment numbers with actual admissions on monthly basis.
· International liaison (Especially with UOL for nationwide queries).
· Reporting daily/weekly/monthly/annually basis on the shared reporting templates regarding admissions.
· Maintaining and updating admissions collateral and resources.
· Providing support in organising an HR/CEO forums.
· Updating admission related information on all notice boards.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Marketing Related:
· Networking with the HR departments of leading local organizations in different industries to create awareness of the TMUC brand name.
· Working on Marketing and Business Development strategies of the various programmes taught at TMUC.
· Formulate the Marketing Plan for the year to enhance the brand name of TMUC.
· Undertaking activities to increase awareness of TMUC amongst prospective partners.
· Providing TMUC with market intelligence and advising on appropriate actions.
· Increase TMUC’s profile in the media in Pakistan. This may include placing articles in relevant media, advising on media interests and angles and writing articles.
· Providing support to Senior Management and marketing / promotional areas as required. Supporting the development of the qualifications and programmes portfolio at TMUC.
· Conduct research to identify prospective transnational qualifications to add to TMUC portfolio and form collaborative partnerships with foreign institutions.
· Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility.
· Handling digital marketing and all social media channels for promoting TMUC brand
Organize outreach activities at educational institutions, expos, academies
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
