Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective students.
• Conduct engaging and informative presentations and campus tours (in-person and via Zoom).
• Follow up with prospective students, nurture leads, and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Utilize a CRM system to track all student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
• Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine sales and communication skills.

Requirements

✔ Minimum of 1 years of sales experience required (preferably in admissions, consultative sales, or customer engagement).
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, engaging approach.
✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong ability to connect with prospective students.
✔ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and email communication.
✔ Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
