IMANSER is seeking a highly capable, intellectually strong, and discreet University Admissions Assistant to take operational ownership of the international university admissions process for A-level students. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility research-driven role, requiring structured thinking, independent judgment, and precise execution.

The assistant will be responsible for end-to-end planning, research, coordination, and administrative management of applications to leading universities across the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, China, and the European Union.

This includes proactively identifying best-fit universities, understanding admission strategies, managing timelines, coordinating documents, drafting and reviewing written materials, communicating with universities, tracking offers, and assisting with scholarship and visa pathways.

The role goes beyond clerical work. It requires someone who can:

  • Think analytically about university positioning and student competitiveness
  • Conduct deep online research and present structured recommendations
  • Manage multiple applications simultaneously without missing deadlines
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism
  • Act as a long-term education planning support resource

The assistant will effectively function as an internal admissions coordinator and research specialist, ensuring the entire process runs efficiently, strategically, and without error.

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Education

  • Minimum A-Levels; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills

  • Excellent English (written and spoken)

  • Good organizational and communication skills

Preferred

  • Prior admissions, education, or research experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
