Role Summary

We are seeking an organized and professional Admissions Coordinator to manage our enrollment operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining efficient administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management: Respond to all inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and clarity.
  • Admissions & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process, including documentation, application reviews, and front-of-desk relations.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and input data into relevant databases and CRM software.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the admissions team to plan events, meet deadlines, and improve internal processes based on client feedback.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar admissions or administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and admissions software (e.g., Salesforce, Slate, or SchoolAdmin).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a high degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
