Job Roles and Key Responsibilities: „ General Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance of all Arabic content produced by the organization.

Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all communication channels.

Uphold and promote high editorial and linguistic standards.

Provide expert advice on Arabic language usage and expression.

Review materials for quality assurance before publication or release.


„ Strategic Responsibilities

Contribute to developing and maintaining the organization’s Arabic language style guide and editorial standards.

Support the communications strategy by ensuring Arabic content aligns with organizational values and tone.

Enhance the linguistic and cultural integrity of brand communication.

Advise leadership and communication teams on language-sensitive matters and cross-cultural messaging.

Operational Responsibilities

Edit and proofread Arabic content, including press releases, reports, web content, and creative material.

Translate English content into Arabic, ensuring context and intent are accurately maintained.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and maintain consistency across materials.

Conduct linguistic reviews and quality checks for official publications.

Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure language supports the visual and narrative direction.

Ideal Experience, Capabilities and Skills

„ Industry Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Arabic editing, translation, or linguistic consulting.

Background in creative, media, or communication environments preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing and reviewing high-level Arabic content for professional organizations


„ Management capabilities

Ability to mentor junior writers or translators.

Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple content streams.

Capable of establishing and maintaining editorial procedures and review frameworks.
