Job Roles and Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

  • Guide and support prospective students throughout the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and personalized information about programs, admissions requirements, scholarships, and student life.
  • Serve as a key representative of the educational institution’s values and academic offerings in outreach and recruitment activities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families to support informed decision-making.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Contribute to student recruitment strategies by identifying high-potential applicants and supporting their engagement.
  • Support the achievement of admissions targets through high-conversion counseling and relationship management.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to identify trends in applicant behavior, interests, and challenges.
  • Oversee policy development for registration, grading, academic standing, and degree audits.
  • Support the achievement of admissions targets through high-conversion counseling and relationship management.


Operational Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students in-person, by phone, or virtually.
  • Respond to inquiries about programs, application procedures, tuition, and financial aid.
  • Track interactions, follow-ups, and applicant status in CRM and admissions systems.
  • Participate in school visits, institutional fairs, virtual info sessions, and open days.
  • Assist with reviewing applications and guiding applicants through documentation and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to address program-specific applicant questions.
  • Support the onboarding of accepted students to ensure a smooth transition.


Ideal Experience, Capabilities and Skills:

Industry Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in student recruitment, academic advising, admissions counseling, or outreach.
  • Familiarity with higher education systems in Saudi Arabia and globally.
  • Experience working with culturally focused or creative academic programs is preferred.



Management Capabilities

  • Strong ability to manage multiple applicants, deadlines, and communications with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, SIS platforms, and admissions portals.
  • Able to track applicant engagement and contribute to conversion reporting.
  • Effective at executing recruitment and engagement activities in line with institutional goals.


Interpersonal & Leadership skills

  • Warm, empathetic, and student-focused communicator.
  • Skilled in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Culturally sensitive and enthusiastic about the educational institution’s mission and values.
  • Confident public speaker and proactive relationship builder.
  • Organized, collaborative, and capable of adapting to dynamic student needs.
