Job Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Admissions Counsellor to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Handle client queries and provide after-sales support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in corporate sales, education, services, or technology sector
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales funnels
