Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions by generating a steady flow of inquiries through school workshops, public seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Visit schools to interact with principals, coordinators, and management teams to support lead generation and achieve admission goals.
- Conduct home visits to guide students and parents, offer counselling, and convert prospects into confirmed enrollments.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local tuition teachers to tap into new student leads.
- Follow up with parents to ensure timely payment of pending fees.
- Oversee the student journey by managing essential paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Deliver a positive experience by maintaining strong relationships with students and parents and resolving concerns quickly.
- Comply with all internal guidelines, documentation requirements, and operational standards.
