Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive admissions by generating a steady flow of inquiries through school workshops, public seminars, and community outreach activities.
  • Visit schools to interact with principals, coordinators, and management teams to support lead generation and achieve admission goals.
  • Conduct home visits to guide students and parents, offer counselling, and convert prospects into confirmed enrollments.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local tuition teachers to tap into new student leads.
  • Follow up with parents to ensure timely payment of pending fees.
  • Oversee the student journey by managing essential paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Deliver a positive experience by maintaining strong relationships with students and parents and resolving concerns quickly.
  • Comply with all internal guidelines, documentation requirements, and operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
