Admissions, Growth & Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
Lead our student acquisition function by managing admissions conversion teams, driving marketing and lead generation, expanding regional and international recruitment channels, and achieving enrollment targets in a highly cost-effective manner.
This role is responsible for building pipeline, converting inquiries into enrollments, optimizing spend, and ensuring profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions Leadership & Conversion Management
* Lead and manage the admissions / counseling team responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments
* Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for counselors / admissions executives
* Monitor inquiry response times, follow-up discipline, conversion ratios, and productivity
* Train team on objection handling, consultative selling, and closing techniques
* Ensure every inquiry is tracked and nurtured through CRM

Direct Student Conversions
* Personally handle high-value, complex, escalated, VIP, or strategic prospective students whenever required
* Conduct consultations with students and parents for premium conversion opportunities
* Support team in closing difficult cases

1. Marketing & Lead Generation
* Own monthly qualified lead generation targets
* Plan and execute cost-effective digital marketing campaigns with internal/external vendors
* Create creative campaigns for each intake cycle across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, and events
* Generate leads through referrals, webinars, partnerships, roadshows, influencer collaborations, and community outreach
* Coordinate content such as testimonials, student success stories, reels, case studies, and brand campaigns

Cost Efficiency Responsibility
* Ensure all campaigns are optimized for best ROI
* Reduce wasteful spend and improve lead quality
* Track CPL (cost per lead), CAC (customer acquisition cost), and conversion efficiency
* Negotiate best rates with vendors, agencies, and partners

1. International & Regional Student Recruitment Develop student pipelines from from respected countries.

Responsibilities:
* Build country-wise acquisition plans
* Develop education consultant / agent / referral networks
* Customize campaigns and messaging for each market
* Identify high-potential communities and channels

1. Partnerships & Business Development
* Build relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, universities, and training partners
* Develop B2B student sourcing channels
* Represent DIIB at expos, fairs, seminars, webinars, and networking events

1. Reporting, Forecasting & Performance Management
* Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reports
* Submit daily inquiry and conversion dashboards
* Submit weekly campaign ROI reports
* Forecast monthly enrollments and revenue
* Present improvement plans where targets are missed

Ideal Candidate Profile
* 4+ years in admissions, student recruitment, growth, or education sales leadership
* Proven experience managing conversion teams
* Strong marketing and lead generation understanding
* Strong closer who can personally convert premium leads
* Commercial mindset with cost-conscious execution
* Excellent communication skills
* UAE / GCC experience preferred

Compensation Structure
Variable Incentives:
Enrollment Incentives
* 1–5 enrollments = AED 500 each
* 6–10 enrollments = AED 750 each
* 11+ enrollments = AED 1,000 each

Team Achievement Bonus
If monthly admissions target + CPL target achieved: AED 2,000 bonus

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
