We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Location : Dubai UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales deals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, in the education or EdTech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong network in the education sector (colleges, training centers, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
