Admissions Officer – With EdTech Sales Experience
About the role
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Admissions Officer to join our growing team in Sharjah. If you have a sales mindset, a passion for education, and speak Urdu fluently — we want to hear from you. Candidates with their own UAE visa are strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Contact, follow up, and nurture prospective student leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Counsel students on programs, admission requirements, and eligibility criteria
- Verify student eligibility in line with institutional guidelines
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and meet weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, agents, and corporate partners
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with agents and corporates
- Maintain accurate lead and admissions records using CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrolment and onboarding
Requirements
- Fluent in Urdu (required) — additional languages are a plus
- Own UAE visa preferred (own visa holders will be prioritised)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, EdTech sales, education counselling, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with students, clients, and partners
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to close admissions effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English required
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
