Position Summary

Eduhub Institute is seeking an energetic and results-driven Admissions Officer to join our Dubai team. This role is well-suited for professionals experienced in education-focused sales or admissions advisory services, with a strong interest in guiding learners toward the most appropriate certification and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email (warm leads only; no cold calling).
• Provide personalized guidance and counseling to applicants throughout the enrollment journey.
• Present and explain course structures, learning formats, and program advantages clearly and accurately.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrollment targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM system and prepare follow-up, activity, and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE within admissions, education sales, or student recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to professionally handle multi-channel communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to join at short notice.
