About the Role

Eduhub Institute is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Admissions Officer – Inside Sales to become part of our expanding team in Dubai. Candidates with solid telesales experience in the education sector, especially handling professional certification programs, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Counsel prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Share accurate and clear course information.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales & enrollment targets.
• Maintain updated records using CRM tools and provide daily reports to the team.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in inside sales (education/training industry only).
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Proven capability to build trust and rapport over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
