About the Role
Eduhub Institute is looking for a driven Admissions Officer – Inside Sales to become part of our expanding Dubai team. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in telesales within the education and professional training sectors, particularly for certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming leads — no cold calling required.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process with clear and supportive advice.
• Provide accurate, compelling information about our courses and programs.
• Achieve and surpass monthly enrollment and sales targets.
• Maintain CRM data and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in education or training admissions/inside sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Immediate availability to join.
