As an Admissions Representative, you will play a crucial role in our institution's enrollment process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. You will serve as a key liaison between the institution and potential students, providing them with essential information about our programs, admissions procedures, and financial aid options. Your proactive approach and commitment to fostering positive relationships will be instrumental in attracting and retaining students, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach efforts to prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including application submission and document collection.
• Provide comprehensive information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data, admissions activities, and enrollment status.
• Support enrolled students in transitioning smoothly into their programs and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the holistic student experience.
• Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements governing admissions processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
• Familiarity with educational programs and financial aid processes is a plus.
• candidates licensed in Barbering, Cosmetology, or Esthetics, who are passionate about helping others pursue their dreams in the beauty industry strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,937.39 - $55,322.45 per year
