The Admissions/Intake RN is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for assessing the needs of the patient and assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information.
Qualifications
Education
<ul><li>Required
<ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
</li><li>Completion of an accredited Nursing program
</li></ul></li><li>Preferred
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing
</li></ul></li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li>Preferred
<ul><li>Three years of experience in a Psychiatric Healthcare Facility
</li></ul></li></ul>Certification/Licensure:
<ul><li>Required
<ul><li>Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
<ul><li>Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
</li></ul></li><li>SAFE Approach Level III
<ul><li>Must obtain within six (6) months of employment 
</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul> 
Location: Shannon Health &middot; RIVER CREST 
Schedule: PRN, Nights, Evenings/Nights</div>
