Job Title: Admissions & Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

The Sales & Admin Executive supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role requires a balance of customer interaction, sales support, and office administration to help drive company growth efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
  • Support other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or office coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
