About Us:

Skillzone Institutes LLC is a fast-growing vocational training institute in Dubai specializing in hospitality, barista, and professional development courses. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admissions Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Counsel prospective students on available courses, admission process, and eligibility.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.
• Maintain and update the student database and follow up with potential leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive student experience.
• Participate in promotional activities and education fairs when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or student enrollment (preferably in an academic or training institute).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
