Front Desk Executive / Student Counsellor

We are inviting applications from experienced candidates for the position of Front Desk Executive cum Student Counsellor to join our team. The potential candidate is expected to be energetic person and background in sales within the education industry with proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in counselling prospective students through the admissions process, promoting & selling our institute's courses and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Front Desk Operations.
• Counsel students & parents on tutoring programs, career options, tests and foundation courses.
• Convert leads into Enrolments
• Meet monthly sales target
• Coordinate with teachers & students for classes and mock tests
• Prepare and present reports to management.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns.

Required Work Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in educational institute
• 1-2 years Digital marketing & telesales experience
• 2 years student sales counselling experience

Skills:

• An aggressive sales mindset with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and convincing skills.
• Hands on experience on Ms. Office applications & Online learning tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
