Position Overview:
The JOB PERFORMER - Civil Engineer is responsible for executing, supervising, and ensuring the quality and safety of all civil works on ADNOC-approved projects in compliance with company and client specifications. The role requires technical proficiency, adherence to HSE standards, and valid certifications as per ADNOC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at site (excavation, concreting, formwork, finishing, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain records of work progress and materials used.
- Ensure implementation of HSE procedures in all civil works.
- Prepare reports, material requests, and quality documentation as required.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and ADNOC representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Verify and ensure all team members hold valid certifications and site permits.
Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):
- Educational Certificates and Attested Degree:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (attested and verified copies).
- Valid WMS Certificate (Mandatory):
Work Management System certificate approved by ADNOC.
ADNOC-approved Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor (must hold valid ADNOC competency or approval card).
HSE training certificates, specialized construction/safety training, etc.
Proof of prior civil construction experience, preferably in ADNOC or oil & gas projects.
- Passport Copy & Recent Photo:
Valid passport copy and recent passport-size color photograph.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in the oil & gas or infrastructure sector.
- Prior ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, site procedures, and QA/QC practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Sound understanding of construction methods, standards, and specifications.
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ADNOC safety and operational procedures.
- Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
