Requirements

• Network Operations: Deploy, maintain, and manage the physical and logical infrastructure of fixed networks, including fiber optic and copper lines.
• Technical Support: Provide Level 2 support to field teams, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, and perform root cause analysis on network problems.
• Performance Monitoring: Track network performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor for service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and produce performance reports.
• Network Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and manage network hardware and perform necessary upgrades and maintenance.
• Security and Compliance: Monitor network security and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
